Center Line Soccer Radio: The roundtable celebrates California Clasico, previews Quakes in New England

Fireworks were enjoyed by all, on and off the field - Maciek Gudrymowicz

You say you want the Revolution? Well, you know, the San Jose Earthquakes will be in Foxboro, c'mon!

Hark, the angels sing!

Perhaps a better description of the Center Line Soccer Radio roundtable this week would be: Cacophonous Quakes commentary from the rambunctious roundtable fab five!

Listeners -- you be the judge. Episode 16 of the CLS Radio roundtable is now playing, exclusively as part of the North American Soccer Network. (Seriously, if you are not already tuned into NASN, you are missing out on some incredible soccer converstations.)

Joe Nuxoll, Lyndsay Radnedge, Lisa Erickson, Pete Ratajczak, and Robert Jonas sit elbow to elbow around the table, still pumped up from the Quakes epic victory against the LA Galaxy in last weekend’s California Clasico, ready to give their impressions of the game. Stories galore from pitch side to the press box, the fab five delve into just what may be looked back on as the turning point of the Earthquakes’ season.

Unfortunately, when the discussion turns to San Jose’s bad luck schleprock loss to the Chicago Fire only days later, the euphoria somewhat diminishes. But there is still hope of making the playoffs, right? Anything is possible, both on the field for the Quakes and around the roundtable for the CLS Radio crew, so sit back, relax, and enjoy the show.
